Every great movement begins with a spark — an inspired idea, a shared heartbeat, and a belief that we rise higher when we rise together.

Before founding SWLA Yoga Fest, I had the privilege of working behind the scenes as an event coordinator for another festival. That experience opened my eyes to the power of gathering — how people from all walks of life could come together, share energy, and leave changed.

In 2023, I took that inspiration and poured it into creating something similar for Southwest Louisiana — a space where yoga, wellness, and community could thrive side by side. I wanted to create a space for the people I love to thrive!
What began as a local celebration quickly blossomed into a regional movement, growing dramatically over just three years. The energy, connection, and transformation that happened there were undeniable.

As the community evolved, so did the vision.

Today, that seed has expanded into something even greater:
